Tai Chi 4 Recovery (TCR*)

 

TCR is a modified Tai Chi/Qigong form.   It incorporates movement, Taoist Philosophy and 12 Step recovery concepts. 

 

It’s a mindful moving meditation to mend mood.  

 

Shift your vital energy or “chi” for physical, emotional and spiritual well being.

 

Curriculum includes:

 

* Stretching

* Breath Work

* Restorative Movement

* Corresponding recovery concepts

*TCR is based on a Cheng Man Ching yang style short form called The Baby Dragon as taught by Master Cody Flying Eagle Templeton.
