As I retire from Friends of Recovery - New York I am rebranding myself as a "Wellness Broker". Reflecting on a 30 year career in the Addiction Recovery field, my passion has always been the for the well being of staff and the professionals I train.

BALANCE Recovery Consultation is a place where you can find retreats, resources for wellness, and professional training to support you and your staff.

Mission

BALANCE Recovery Consultation's mission is to support human service agencies, and the people who work in them, with training, coaching, consulting services, and wellness resources. Our goal is for staff to not only survive but to thrive as they do this live saving work.

Vision

We envision healthy agencies where staff are given the time, space, and resources to care for themselves, so that they can care more effectively for the people they serve.
